eSIM FOX sells prepaid data-only eSIMs for travelers. These digital SIM cards offer mobile data connectivity in supported countries and are not capable of making calls or sending SMS messages.

Activation only starts once the eSIM connects to a supported network. If not connected, your plan remains inactive and does not expire until first use. However, once activated, plans are valid for the number of days and GBs shown during purchase.
4. Orders and Fulfillment
After your payment is successfully processed, our system generates the eSIM via API and delivers it to you via email and on your user dashboard, including a QR code and installation instructions.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if there are issues with payment, suspected fraud, or technical issues with provisioning.
